Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

• U.S. Orders: 3–5 business days

• International Orders: 7–21 business days

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Important Notes:
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier first.
